Andy is the proud father of two children who both attend Philadelphia public schools. His wife, Pat, is currently the President of the Home and School Association at the Albert M. Greenfield School. Andy has earned his B.A. and Masters in Public and Urban Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. For the past 25 years he has devoted himself to community service and doing his part to make Philadelphia a great City.
